Type the load. TUR works out the plates for each side of the bar, using the plates your gym has.
Every set counts toward the muscles it works. See where the week went, and what got less.

"I'm an American developer, Bulgarian by nationality. When this app needed a name, I went back to my roots and found the тур: the aurochs, the wild ox that once roamed Bulgaria's forests."
Bulls stood up to 1.8 metres at the shoulder. People painted them in red ochre, the same pigment as the TUR mark.
The last aurochs is usually said to have died in Poland in 1627. A horn core dug up in Sofia in 2020 dates from as late as the early 1700s.
Each year a tenth of TUR's profit funds aurochs rewilding, and the amount and receipt are published.

TUR is named after the aurochs, Europe's wild ox. It was hunted until none were left. Now it's coming back, and part of every subscription helps.
Big wild grazers like the aurochs keep meadows and forest edges open, which lets many other plants and animals live there. Without them, landscapes grow over.
Rewilding groups are breeding cattle that look and live like the aurochs from old breeds such as the Maronesa and Sayaguesa, then releasing them into wild landscapes.

No. TUR works on the iPhone alone. A watch adds wrist logging and heart-rate calories.

TUR has no user account, no advertising SDK and no analytics service. Workouts, notes, bodyweight and progress photos are stored on your iPhone.
Bundled exercise images open offline. When you ask for more images or a video, the provider receives ordinary request details such as your IP address. Your workout log is never sent.
Both are optional. TUR reads and writes only what you allow, and nothing is uploaded to us.
Exports go only where you send them. Full backups include private notes and photos, so keep them somewhere you control.
Voting, commenting and requesting features need your email, so each person gets one vote and hears from us when a request ships. Your email is never shown; comments show only its first letter. To limit abuse we count actions per scrambled IP address for 24 hours.
If you ask to hear about the launch or to test an early build, we use your email for that and nothing else.
